May 11, 8:45-10:55 a.m.  • Foundations 201 - led by Arlene Hill on being a Christian, living a Spirit-filled life, church membership and more.

May 18, 8:45-10:55 a.m.  • Growth 301 - Pastor Tom Pound teaches on developing spiritual habits that lead to growth and maturity.

May 25, 8:45-10:55 a.m.  • Shape 401 - John & Julie Uible will help you discover your God-given Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality and Experiences to discover how God has uniquely gifted you for ministry.

 

CAMP BETHEL WORK TRIP - May 1-4, 2008. See Jeff Ashcraft (366.8912) to get involved in this important mission project.

 

CHURCH-WIDE WORK PROJECT Individuals are needed to help replace the roof over the church. The project will begin April 21. We still need more volunteers to help set up a daily rotation for the week. Please contact Marv Rutter at 740.403.1819 if you have any questions or for more information.

 

2008 FAMILY MISSION EXPERIENCE packets are available at the Information Center. Trip is July 19-25 in New Orleans. Info Meeting being held May 18, 12:30 pm; deadline May 30.

 

PROJECT PLAYGROUND DONATION CAMPAIGN The preschool children of SHBC need an upgrade to their playground, so we are beginning a campaign. The preschool has $6,000 to kick off Project Playground and we need your help to reach our goal of $10,000! We are asking you to make a donation to Project Playground. All donations are tax deductible. See the Information Center for details!

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) - Meets May 9, 8:30-11:30 a.m. We are in need of adults or youth to watch a few good preschoolers.

SPRING MUSICAL DRAMA "Rock Solid" will be presented by our 1-6 grade choir on Sunday, May 4, 6:30 pm.

 

CHILDREN'S CHURCH  - for age 4 thru Grade 3 in the Fireside Room when Pastor Dan releases you during Saturday and Sunday church services.

 

TEAMKID CHURCH SERVICE  for grades 4-6 upstairs in the Great Room during the Sunday, 11:00 am service only, when pastor Dan releases you.
