Ministry Structure

Child care for Infants, Toddlers, Two and Three Year Olds during worship services at SHBC
Provide a Sunday School experience for Toddlers through Four and Five Year Olds
Offer child care for Infants through Three Year Olds during Special Events of the church.

The Preschool Ministry Team offers opportunities to serve on many levels as Teachers, Nursery Workers, Team Leaders, Cleaning ministry, and with toy donations. Nursery workers are required to fill out an application. The Preschool Ministry Coordinator is Pat Yost. CHILDREN - Ages 4 through grade 6

Ministry Objective: Reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ and train them to appreciate the study of God’s Word, the power of prayer and the gift of sharing their faith.

Hold weekly children’s club meetings during each of the weekend worship services

Offer Awana as children’s ministry outreach during school year

Offer children’s choirs and drama productions

Offer Summer Camp for grades 3 - 6

Offer Sunday School each Sunday morning

Offer Vacation Bible School (VBS) annually, during the last week of June
