BAPTISMS & BABY DEDICATIONS • Spring Hills baptizes adults, teenagers, and children based on their profession of faith in Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Baby dedications provide an opportunity for parents to express their desire to raise their child to know Jesus. Baptisms and Baby dedications are scheduled periodically during the year.

CHILDRENSunday School, Sunday morning Children’s Church, Teamkid Church Service, AWANA, Graded Choirs and special events scheduled throughout the year form the basic structure of our ministry to children at SHBC. Vacation Bible School in June and Summer Camp at Seneca Lake in August are always highlights of the year!

COLLEGE & CAREER MINISTRIES • Designed for post-high school through age 25, this ministry includes Sunday morning Bible Study for all college students, special activities periodically, including fellowship nights, local service projects, retreats, and mission trips.

LOOK UP MINISTRIES/COMMUNITY CARE AND OUTREACH • Thanks to all who graciously donate to the needs of others through the Community Care and Outreach ministry. We always have need for baby furniture, beds, strollers, etc. Questions call Scott at 587-1200. Thanks !

GRANVILLE CHRISTIAN ACADEMY • GCA is a private, state- chartered school for grades K-12. It is a self-supporting ministry of SHBC and meets here on our campus. Phone 587-4423. website

LIFE GROUPS (Learning Intercession for Fellowship and Encouragement) • (Small Home Groups)  • We believe Christians grow best in small groups where they can know others and be known and where there is a context for friendship and accountability. Singles and married gather with ten to twenty others in a home one evening a week to worship God, study the Bible, pray  and nurture one another’s growth in Christ.

HOMESCHOOL NETWORK • Families who home-school their children find encouragement, fellowship, and some new ideas through the Spring Hills Homeschool Network.

INTIMATE ENCOUNTERS A 16-week workshop for married and engaged couples designed to teach the biblical principles that build, strengthen and deepen marriages. This class is ideal for couples who want to make good marriages better as well as those who need help healing marital hurts. Questions ask Jeff Houghton.

MEN’S MINISTRY Through E-Teams (Encouragement Teams), Men's Bible study groups, Retreats, Ministry Projects and Promise Keepers events, our Men’s Ministry provides avenues for spiritual growth, encouragement and accountability.

MISSIONS • Spring Hills is involved in an extensive missions program that includes supporting missionaries at home and abroad through finances, prayer and periodic visitation. This is accomplished cooperatively with the Southern Baptist Mission Board and our own missions committee. Direct mission trips in the US and abroad are offered routinely.

MUSIC • The Music Ministry has many opportunities for all ages: Choirs for preschoolers, children, and adults; Instrumental Ensemble for special occasions and worship services; Praise Team (audition); Drama/Musical Dramas; Sound Crew.

The SHBC Preschool Department • For Infants through Three Year Olds.

SUNDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY • Sunday School provides the opportunity for adults, youth, children and preschoolers to participate in a meaningful study of the Bible. Classes are provided by age/grade from birth through grade 12. Adults have a variety of options to choose from including short-term elective classes offered periodically, as well as ongoing classes. Specific information on all Sunday School classes, including class locations, can be obtained in the display areas in the hallways leading from the front and rear main entrances to our building.

TAPE MINISTRY • Audio cassette tapes of worship services are available to be purchased for $3 each, or Cd's for $5 each. Sign-up sheet for ordering tapes & CD's is at the Information Center. Praise Tapes & CDs recorded live at SHBC are available for purchase in the back of the Sanctasium or you may call the office at 587.1200.

WOMEN’S MINISTRY • The Women’s Ministry Council currently sponsors and coordinates SIS (Sisters in the Spirit) Groups,  Tuesday & Thursday  Bible study groups,  and an annual retreat. SIS Groups are small discipleship and prayer groups that usually consists of about 4-8 women who meet regularly for Christian fellowship, Bible study prayer and encouragement.  Each Bible study meets once a week and  are usually 8-12 week sessions.  The retreat is for women who like to spend time with other women in fellowship, grow in Christ, hear testimonies of changed lives through Christ.                                                                                                                                 YOUTH MINISTRY • Students from 7th through 12th grade have both a structured network of weekly Sunday School programs and youth leadership training meetings: WINGS (Workers In God’s Service) for junior high and EDGE (Extreme Devotion to God’s Expectations) for senior high. We link these ongoing efforts with monthly special events, semi-annual retreats, and mission trips.
